Scott concentrates his practice in Criminal Law and Litigation. He is a member of the Bars of Ohio and Kentucky. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky as well as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Scott holds memberships in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Greater Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Clermont County Bar Association and the Kentucky State Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown College (B.A. 1970) and his law degree from Chase College of Law (J.D. 1974).
