R. Scott Croswell, III

Mr. Croswell graduated from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law in 1974. Since that time, he has focused his practice on the representation of those accused of committing criminal offenses. Mr. Croswell has successfully represented corporations, news organizations, judges, attorneys, law enforcement officers, priests and private citizens. He has successfully represented individuals charged with aggravated murder, murder, rape, burglary, felonious assault, drug offenses, money laundering, conspiracy, OVI, theft and embezzlement.

Mr. Croswell has successfully represented individuals in many states including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Illinois.
